Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
If you have used our services for more than 14 days, you will not be eligible for a full refund. However, we may consider partial refunds in exceptional cases and at our sole discretion.
For annual subscriptions, the 14-day refund period applies from the initial subscription date. Refunds for annual renewals are subject to the same terms.
Extra tokens purchased separately are non-refundable, as they are consumable and used immediately when making requests to the AI API.
You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. However, cancellations made after the 14-day refund period will not be eligible for refund. Your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of the time elapsed since your subscription.
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent the use of our services and we cannot resolve them within a reasonable period, we will consider refunds even after the 14-day period.
