We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data. Each user has their own isolated Docker container, ensuring your data and files are completely separated from other users.

We use cookies to keep your session active and improve your experience. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, processing payments (Stripe), providing authentication services (Firebase), or conducting business, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential and use it only for the purposes we specify.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information, including but not limited to your email address, account information, code, programs, files, and usage data, when required by law, court order, subpoena, or when requested by law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or government bodies in any jurisdiction.
  • International Law Enforcement: We may receive and comply with requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities in the United States, European Union, Asia-Pacific, or any other jurisdiction where we operate or where our services are accessible.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: We may share information when necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, ensure security, or comply with legal obligations.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

Response Time: We will respond to your requests within 20 business days (as required by Mexican law) or within the timeframe specified by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill our legal obligations. When you cancel your account, your data is permanently deleted after 30 days, except when the law requires a longer retention period. Billing data is retained according to applicable legal and tax requirements.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to these servers. We implement adequate security measures to protect your data during these transfers, including the use of standard contractual clauses approved by data protection authorities.

9. Minors

Our services are not directed to minors under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete that information immediately.
